Talk It Out
horizontal rule
The author writes about the difficulty he faced in finding a good therapist. He was looking for someone he could feel comfortable with, someone who would really listen to him and show he/she cared. It took four therapists, but he finally found her.

After your group reads the article, ask them: What made Dr. Kaputer a good therapist? What qualities should a good therapist have? Ask them to share their stories of good and bad therapists.
